Finally got around to building a table for our screen printing press. Tomorrow I’ll turn it from a 6 color, 2 station press, into a 4 station by welding some square tube I got today.

So Michelle, Dave, and I entered the 2011 Pumpkinfest. It’s an annual fall event hosted by the Moravian Tileworks in Doylestown, where Michelle works.  I found these long “snake gourds” so i decided to do an octopus. I then figured an octopus doesn’t have much of a face and got worried. At this point the lovely Michelle suggested combining it with an angler fish, which has the best face in the animal kingdom. This guy was the result. 15,000 people came on the first day to see the pumpkin gallery, and we took home SECOND PLACE! The people that won first place win every year, but i hear they blow the entire 3 judge pannel*.

*no one has suggested this.

looked into a cab the other day and saw a bumper sticker like this on the dashboard. i didnt get the chance but i really wanted to ask him why he was driving a cab when he only ha about a month until the end of the world.
